Gill established Crosspath Consulting Ltd in 2016 to offer organisations development services a wider number of organisations (NHS, Voluntary sector and private).

 

Gill has over 30 years’ experience in health care as; a clinician, manager, health commissioner, educator, facilitator, leader and senior nurse in the NHS. She worked predominantly in the Primary and Community Care sector until 2016 but since then has   consulted for NHS England, Health Education England, NHS Trusts, voluntary sector organisations and has recently been an Associate Professor at the Health Services Management Centre at the University of Birmingham.

 

Gill is a Trustee of Mediation Hertfordshire, The Eaton Fund and is a non-executive Director of Risky Business.
