Gill is an experienced facilitator and works with clients to co-create programmes that work to meet the needs of organisations. She is an accredited Time to Think facilitator and an accomplished communicator, with first-hand experience of working with groups of professionals to develop communities of practice and expertise. Gill works at all levels of organisations, from systems level to administration teams, bringing diverse groups of people and organisations together to find, and work on, common goals and objectives.
Gill is a CEDR accredited mediator. She has provided a dispute resolution service for GPs in London and continues to be a volunteer in community mediation for Mediation Hertfordshire. Gill believes that helping people to listen and hear each other in a safe environment, through the process of mediation, can improve working relationships and ultimately the leadership and working environment in organisations.
Gill works with clients to solve problems and help identify the issues that they face, with practical and realistic solutions they can achieve. She adds value to individuals and organisations by listening to their needs and creating programmes and solutions that fit their needs.
Gill is the founding Director of Crosspath Consulting LTD, which she established in November 2016 to offer individualised services to organisations based on her wealth of experience in the health sector.
Gill has over 30 years’ experience in health care as; a clinician, manager, health commissioner, educator, facilitator, leader and senior nurse in the NHS. She has worked predominantly in the Primary and Community Care sector and is well versed in the model of General Practice in the UK.
She was a Director at Londonwide Local Medical Committees (LLMCs) leading on workforce, training and innovation, developing and implementing value added services for GPs and their practice teams. Gill was a member of the senior management team involved in overseeing the running of the organisation including budget control and governance. She was also programme director for a number of academic programmes delivered regionally.
Gill works with clients in the NHS and not for profit sector. Gill is a non-executive Director of Risky Business Events Ltd.
